Trillium Fitness is the no gimmick approach to individual fitness instruction.  We neither believe in get-fit tricks or selling weight loss or get-fit schemes.  We believe in a client centred approach that focuses equally on exercise and nutrition and respects the unique requirements of each client.

Because we are both exercise and health care professionals, our philosophy is to deliver reason behind everything we teach and prescribe.  That means applying up-to-date research in exercise and nutrition and continually educating our clients to help them learn about healthy practices.

Health and fitness is not only our profession, it is our passion.  We practice everything we teach because we believe in our work.  Also, we operate with complete compassion and commitment.  We respect and appreciate the challenges of pursuing health and fitness goals and support our clients throughout the entire process.

Nutrition is equally as important to us as exercise. Similar to your exercise program, we design a nutritional plan that is appropriate for your goals and body type. To ensure this accuracy, we determine foods appropriate for your metabolism, body type and free of food sensitivities. Also, we examine food sourcing and timing of meals to ensure all nutritional elements compliment each other and your fitness goals.

We design an exercise program strictly to meet your goals and suit your body type. Your goals, preferences and experiences help inform our design of your gym program. Then, leave it to us. We apply our knowledge of exercise science and use our professional experience and observations to develop the most effective program for you.

Injury prevention & rehabilitation

Physical injuries can disrupt progress and prevent the performance of certain exercises. If you present with an injury or have pre-existing injuries, we will not dismiss it. We have the professional ability to address injuries to ensure you stay physically healthy. Similarly, it is our priority that all exercises are prescribed with your physical health in mind.
